Ellen Taylor
Director/Occupational Therapist
Ellen graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) with first class honours in 2020. She has has a passion for working with children, and shares in each family's excitement to see new skills achieved. Ellen's special interest areas include sensory integration, motor skill development, and emotional regulation skill building. Ellen hopes to see each child become the best version of themself that they can be. At Steps Together, moments when a child realises their success are treasured, and Ellen hopes to see as many of these moments as possible.
On the weekends...
Ellen spends her weekends finding new spots for coffee and walking her spoodle Maisie. Ellen also enjoys going to the movies and playing board games with her daughter.
Shae Clare
Speech Pathologist (CPSP)
Shae graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology. Shae is passionate about supporting children to find their voice and identify the strategies they need to communicate their wants, needs, thoughts and feelings. Shae particularly enjoys providing speech sound intervention and AAC support, along with providing coaching to families and educators on how best to support their child/student. Shae is passionate about every child’s strengths and will be a strong advocate for her clients and their families.
On the weekends...
In her spare time Shae enjoys spending time with her dog (Zeus) and two cats (Nala and Kody), along with reading and building Lego.
